Grasselli NSL slicers are designed to meet today's demand for top quality parallel slices. This includes all fresh boneless meats and poultry plus many cooked products e.g. roasts, ham, sausage, pate, etc and fresh bone in products such as pork and lamb loins. Sliced product can be packed as slices or as complete, intact sliced primal FAST AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS Quick and easy to operate. Place product into the feeder, close the cover than slicing operation is automatic. Sliced product emerges intact on out feed belt. NSL AND NSL-BL Will slice many fresh bone-in products such as pork and lamb loins. Benefits include parallel chops / cutlets with out bone chips, reduction of dust therefore better yields, cleaner slices and total operator safety compared to band saw method. NSL SERIES NSL slicers are available in several models. To fit products up to 19 cm high, 30 cm deep, with various full slicing width, even special feeding chambers can be adopted on demand. Flexible: the wide range of slicing set options can match almost every need. SPECIAL SLICING SYSTEM Multi blades slicing system using special blades ensures top quality slices.
